Konga Sandji Landry Yohan: Building Inclusive Learning with Pensezy Corporation

Konga Sandji Landry Yohan, a 25-year-old student in computer science, is the founder of Pensezy Corporation, an education startup that delivers personalized support for learners with diverse cognitive abilities. Active for three years, Pensezy uses electronic devices, internet access, and intellectual resources to produce its core product: knowledge. Although the venture can generate between 6 and 10 million FCFA in annual revenue, it is not yet profitable because the scope of activities and impact currently outpaces financial returns. Daily collaboration with committed teammates reduces individual workload, but persistent challenges limited visibility and ongoing material and technical needs constrain growth. Lacking formal external support, the team funds operations through tontines and internal contributions, shouldering large personal sacrifices in family time, finances, relationships, and continuous learning.

Despite constraints, Pensezy has already trained and positively impacted over 1,000 learners, demonstrating meaningful social value. Konga’s practical advice for aspiring entrepreneurs is direct: don’t expect others to rescue you save yourself; start with what you have and do what you can; and stop comparing yourself to others measure success against your past self. Pensezy Corporation highlights how mission-driven EdTech in Cameroon can scale social impact through perseverance, collaboration, and resourcefulness.
